> 24 hourUpdate: Company reached out to me and asked if I would like a replacement free of charge or a refund. I selected a replacement cause I really like the pad. They sent it out and I received it pretty fast. I really appreciate how the company responded. I wasnt seeking a replacement or a refund. I was just going to buy another brand. I am raising my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. If it lasts longer than the last one Ill give it a 5 star. This is just my experience. Not sure if anyone else had the same. Was good while it lasted. I mean the mouse pad still does what it’s supposed to do. It the LEDs died in 3 months. I would not recommend.

Nice surface The surface is soft and squishy for maximum comfort. Cons: The only con that I can think of is that it gets dirty. It is very easy to clean Overall a great product!
