Tech support was very good but unfortunately the advice still didnt fix the problem. I received a full refund for it and ordered the CD but unfortunately it had the same issue. Once again I received a full refund from the seller.

> 24 hourThis item was returned simply because it was a Mac program. After getting the correct version which incidentally was less money I received my refund. It was only for the taxes paid on the item or $1.61 in my case.

> 24 hourFor some reason, this software does not recognize the D key. Instead, each time you press D it asks if you want to enable dictation. I thought this issue was only limited to an older Mac that I was using. But I just installed it on a brand new MacBook Pro as well as another Macbook Air. Because of this issue, I am rating this product a single star. I would not recommend this to anyone unless this letter D issue is resolved.
