I bought the online version of this. It worked fine for the first two lessons but on lesson 3 it became stuck on a letter. Tech support was very good but unfortunately the advice still didnt fix the problem. I received a full refund for it and ordered the CD but unfortunately it had the same issue. Once again I received a full refund from the seller.

This item was returned simply because it was a Mac program. After getting the correct version which incidentally was less money I received my refund. It was only for the taxes paid on the item or $1.61 in my case.

It’s very easy to use my kids learn to type fast

For some reason, this software does not recognize the D key. Instead, each time you press D it asks if you want to enable dictation. I thought this issue was only limited to an older Mac that I was using. But I just installed it on a brand new MacBook Pro as well as another Macbook Air. Because of this issue, I am rating this product a single star. I would not recommend this to anyone unless this letter D issue is resolved.

My children ages 7, 5, and 4 love this program

I purchased this for my kids to learn basic keyboarding and understand how to type without looking at the keys. I was excited to have my kids test this out.

The product came with a blank CD and my computer was allowing me to burn stuff to the CD. Very dissapointed.

I ordered the Mac version and the CD came blank. As in when I clicked the CD on my Mac it was giving me the option that the cd was recordable and I could burn something on it. Very disappointed.
