> 3 dayIm very impressed with this bumper. It was firmer/sturdier than I expected, and it doesnt shift much. I had my 7 year old son roll around the bed to simulate sleep movement, and the bumper stayed in place well enough to keep him in the bed even when he was actively pushing against it. Make sure you tuck it in properly beneath the fitted sheet and then push it away from the edge a couple of inches. Hes been using this bumper for 10 days now without any issues. I find him sleeping up against it sometimes, but it stays put.

> 3 dayWe bought this as a pillow stop to go across the head of our king sized bed. Fits perfect and keeps the pillows from sliding out from under our heads. The slip stop grip on the bottom keeps it right in place.

24-11-2024The foam is very soft and comfortable and my 3 year old usually sleeps sideways and uses it as a pillow. That being said she has not fallen out of bed once! I do have a little trouble with it staying in place and wish that there was some kind of waterproof liner surrounding the foam incase of accidents.

> 3 dayOur inflatable Wally bed rails from Shrunks started deflating suddenly as we found multiple seam holes in our well loved items. They were great to take traveling and were easily scooted in and out of fitted sheets for my kids when they transitioned to real beds. The inflatable rails were out of stock as we checked for a replacement. These aren’t as simple to travel with, but the title said it was travel friendly. High density foam and bamboo lining?! Another reviewer mentioned her kiddo likes to even rest his head on the comfy bumper, which is what sold me these over a traditional metal/plastic convertible crib rail, 2 of these were cheaper than one side rail. After they arrived I cut open the rolled up foam bumpers. It reminds me of our mattress from Tuft & Needle (we have our king plus both kids in their full mattresses) how they inflate on their own after packaging is removed. Within a couple hours they were perky and ready to go. The removable liner has these tiny little gripper bumps which help keep the bumpers in place plus straps to wrap to your mattress. I didn’t use these and instead tucked them under the mattress since we have him on a full and he occasionally needs sheets changed out, so removing straps at 2 am won’t be fun for us! Shrunks make annoying squeaking noises as I sneak out of my sons bed, whereas these are comfy and silent! Love them and so glad I chose these over eBay Shrunks, similar listings, or the traditional bed rail. THANK YOU to this company!

> 3 dayI bought a pair of these to have the option of putting my toddler granddaughter in bed with me if she should wake up frightened during her first overnights away from home. When she grew out of the portable crib, we put her to bed on a full size mattress, one side at the wall, with one bumper on the opposite side, and one at the bottom (only tucked under the bedspread). She’s never fallen out, although she has a habit of wriggling her head into the bumper at the top of mattress. On vacation last summer, just before her third birthday, we installed one on a twin bed that was bordered by a wall on one side . No fall outs there either. That was the good news. Unfortunately, this bumper style has some practical issues. They’re quite long, and have some weight to them. They did not arrive in the so-called carrying bag; it was folded into the package. There’s absolutely NO WAY they will fit in this bag. I used all my cushion cover stuffing tricks and just barely managed to get one into it. The bag is useless, IMO. Without something to contain them they’re quite unwieldy, and take a lot of space. Because they are hefty enough to knock things over, even moving them puts your lamps and other items in your path at risk. I finally settled for folding in half and securing with bungee cords, for storage in extra large clear plastic bags. A good place would be under the beds, but I don’t have enough free space left there. Until I get around to a long overdue de-cluttering, they will continue to be shuttled between bedrooms when not in use. They are a bit expensive, IMO, but worth it if your child sleeps away from home frequently. (I paid $39.69 for the pair.) Take away the storage issues and I would give them 5 stars for serving the purpose. However, I’ve subtracted one for the useless bag. When I was shopping, I think one picture showed a mommy model with the bag hanging neatly from her shoulder, ostensibly stuffed with bumpers, a misrepresentation. To be fair, this may in fact have been a different brand, but it would have been as useless as the one I received. Finally, the smell was slight and tolerable after I washed the zippered covers. They have non-slip material on the bottom. Whether you mount it before or after putting the fitted sheet on, it’s not as simple as represented. If you have only old-style fitted sheets you’ll have trouble placing this bumper at all. In recent years I’ve noticed fitted sheets have become very tight, even those made for deep mattresses. It is rather difficult to get the bumper under and situated, but I can manage it by myself, and it stays more or less where I put it all night. Summary: the bumpers serve their intended purpose well, but the bag is useless and storage is a problem.

> 3 dayI have to say I’m so glad I ordered. I purchased for my puppy that likes to toss around at night and I was worried he would fall out of bed. Compared to the other reviews I’ve read, I had no issues with the smell or it expanding properly when I took it out of packaging. It stays in place and couldn’t be happier.

> 3 dayWe got a 14” bed frame with a 12” foam mattress so it’s way too high for our 2 year old. We got these to help her from falling off the bed and they definitely work. Easy to put in and the rubber helps it not slip away.

> 3 dayThis works perfectly to keep my crazy sleeping child ON The bed. I was nervous at first bc the description claims it’s 7 inches high & the one I received just opened up right under 6 but no worries, no issues yet. It’s very comfy & the non slip cover ensures it stays put under the sheets. 4 stars bc it didn’t expand to where it should’ve.
