> 24 hourThese are good strong coat hooks. They look just like the picture. They have a brushed nickel finish. The edges of the metal are all finished well, and smooth. The magnet is coated with rubber to prevent damage to the surface you stick it on. You need to screw the hooks to the magnets when they arrive. It is a little difficult. You have to push hard to screw them together because the screws are a little short. I had to have my husband do it. Once assembled though, they are nice and strong. I definitely recommend them. They hold quite a bit of weight.

> 24 hourThese magnets are super strong, esthetically pleasing and get the job done!!! In the photos I provide there are 3 robes stacked on the lower hook probably weighing collectively near 20 pounds. And I have a whole hook left!!

> 24 hourThese hooks are STRONG! And the discs are coated in “rubber/silicone” They won’t scratch the surface you put them on. And they won’t slide down. My only complaint is…. The 2 “base” discs are stuck/magnetized together. They need to be separated so you can bolt the hooks to the base. WELL!!! They stick together STRONG too! I wish they were in separate bags. If you have arthritis in your hands…. You might need help sliding the discs apart. I pushed on the two for a few minutes to get them to slide enough so i could twist them apart. It’s not something too difficult but just a warning if you have fingers that tire easy.

> 24 hourSo, I didnt hold out too much hope for magnetic hooks, figuring they would not be strong enough to be widely useful. But the picture shows my two heaviest winter coats being held up nicely by them. To be sure, if you yank on them, they will break free. But if you avoid doing stuff like that, they can let you hang things where you cant drill holes (assuming its on a magnetic metal surface). I have them on a foam-core door with a metal skin, and they work great. Refrigerators are also a good surface. The hooks themselves are a nice muted metallic finish, and the magnets are enshrouded in soft rubber to avoid scratching. They have definitely added convenience. The only possible downside is that they are a bit expensive.

> 24 hourThese were very easy to assemble. All the parts were included. I ordered these so I could hang my purse on our metal entrance door. I like to have my purse there with keys, wallet, etc. inside so that I dont forget anything when Im going out the door (often in a hurry). When I ordered these Hubs teased that they wouldnt be able to hold my heavy purse. I received the hooks, put on our door, and my purse hung solidly -- no sliding, twisting or moving at all. Hubs was a lil surprised. He took my purse and it weighed in at 8.57 lbs. When he saw how much weight these hooks could hold solidly, he absconded with the second hook and is using it to hold a 50ft garden hose secured with a velcro strap. Im planning to order more of these. They are sturdy and hold a significant amount of weight. Now Im thinking about all the metal surfaces (refrigerator, freezer, file cabinet, etc.) where I can use these and keep items readily accessible.

> 24 hourThe product seems nice and sturdy enough, but I can only use one hook since a set of screws is missing from the sealed package. Each hook requires two screws, but only one set arrived! This seems to be a reoccurring situation in several reviews having the same issue!

> 24 hourThese were much better made than I expected! The base is a solid magnetic foot that is sleeved in rubber to protect whatever surface you are sticking it to. The hook is made of aluminum and screws into the base securely. The finish on the hook and exposed side of the base is excellent. The hook and base attach very well (tested on refrigerator and stand-along freezer); you can still remove them fairly easily, but they dont seem to move once mounted with what I have hung on it so far. That includes a 16oz claw hammer, 2lb hammer, fairly thick jacket, and a bath towel. I was going to hang dog leashes on them, so that will be no problem at all, but they can hold heavier items as well. Very nice hooks if you have a metal surface to hang them on!

> 24 hourThese hooks are robust. They are large and the magnet is very strong. Assembly took less than a minute. The photos make the color look almost like stainless steel but it is a much darker gray.

> 24 hourKind of lame that it requires assembly having to screw the pieces together. The magnets seem strong, but you also need a secure magnetic surface to apply this on or else itll still slide/fall off. I was hoping I could use this on my shower door, it stuck on for awhile, but as soon I tried to hang a towel on there, everything fell off... so for my intended purpose, it didnt work, which was disappointing. Your mileage will obviously vary depending on what kind of surface youre putting this on. I dont like the ugly logo on the side of the hooks - just keep it plain! I give it a 3.5/5 and a 4 being generous.
