Greater than one weekI really like this speaker a lot. I went through a few other small speakers in the $20-$40 range and they just didnt have the sound quality or volume I was looking for in an outdoor speaker. I enjoy listening to music on the golf course and as long as the rest of the foursome is agreeable I get this bad boy rocking. The sound is fantastic, nice bass, crystal clear and plenty loud. In fact I have to be aware if were coming up on a group in front of us. I always get compliments on it. Nice weight to it. Its supposed to be waterproof but the most Ive tested that out is a light mist on the course. The speaker has a loop so you can hang it but I opted to buy a vinyl case with holes in it. The case is easy to attach to the golf cart, it protects the speaker from getting scuffed up, and the case doesnt impair the sound. There are better cases for traveling but for the golf cart this one is great. https://www.amazon.com/MASiKEN-Protective-Carrying-WONDERBOOM-Bluetooth/dp/B071FX78C2/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1509994290&sr=8-9&keywords=wonderboom+speaker+case Lastly, this would make a great party speaker for outdoors. You can spend $300+ for a Bose, B&W, even the next level UEs, but for $99 this is the best bang for your buck.

> 3 dayI was really excited to receive this so I could use it at work. It states 10 hours of play time. I got about 3 hours out of it. Severely disappointed! Other than that, it sounds great and is very portable. It charges pretty quickly and is durable. I dont know if I got a faulty product but I dont recommend if this is a common problem.

> 3 dayI purchased one of these from Verizon, which means I paid a premium price for it. Imagine my surprise when I upgraded my phone to an 8 -- not even a X, but an 8 -- and this company NO LONGER HAS AN APP THAT SUPPORTS THIS PRODUCT. This is the warning you get when you open the app: WONDERBOOM. SORRY, THIS SPEAKER IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS APP. THERE IS NO APP FOR THIS SPEAKER. So, I went back to my OLD phone, which was a 6, and I got the SAME EXACT MESSAGE. While I had stopped using it for a few months, it turned out the company stopped supporting it. I dont even know why these are still being sold. MORE PRECISELY, I DONT KNOW WHY THIS JERK COMPANY CANT FREAKING CREATE AN APP TO MAKE THE SPEAKERS WORK AGAIN. I guess they just want you to spend more money buying a new speakers, one theyll support. JERKS. So, save your freaking money and buy something else. I think this is a real jerk move for the company.

> 3 dayI bought this after purchasing a different brand speaker for a little less that wasn’t functioning properly. This was about $20 more than the other brand, but a huge sound improvement. I am very impressed with the quality and sound coming from this little speaker. It’s around the size of a softball, it feels very durable, it bounced when I dropped it from the couch onto the floor, I watched YouTube videos of people testing the durability and water resistance and I feel very comfortable with using this in more rugged or wet environments without worrying about it. Plus it has a 2 year limited warranty. It gets very loud, I doubt I’ll ever need to really crank it up that high, but it still sounds pretty clear at max volume. The bass is good without being too weak like most speakers this size. The loop stretches a little bit, I was able to hook it to the bathroom towel hook. I can see buying a second one in the near future to pair with this one. I removed one star because there was some black grease residue in the plug area. Also, the lack of an aux input and trying to figure out the battery level isn’t great, if you hold the + - buttons at the same time it makes different tones to let you know the level. I would have preferred led lights or an app. I have been using it nonstop at different volume levels switching between my iPhone, iPad and Apple TV for over 10 hours and it’s still going. I’m going to run it dry to find out if the led (lit up when on, flashing when charging) does anything as the battery runs out. I think at $60, you can’t beat the combination of durability, water resistance, volume, portability, sound quality and a 2 year warranty.

> 3 dayI purchased this speaker for my son and he absolutely loves it. This is speaker number two because he liked the first one so much. It truly is water proof (tried that out in the pool) and the sound quality is ridiculously good. Well worth the money.
