> 3 dayMy school issued medical bag is big, bulky, and ugly. I was so excited to get this bag and replace it. I wish it was a bit wider, but overall it meets my expectations and its really cute. I did have an issue with the first bag I received, but the customer service was phenomenal. I will be ordering from them again.

> 3 dayThe shoulder strap connector doesnt work on one side. It is lose like there is no spring inside. The bag itself is roomy, but I had to put cardboard at the bottom to get it to stay wife enough to sit up.
