I bought this for the summer vocation to protect my newborn daughter. I felt the difference immediately. Also help protect my daughter from harmful Sunday’s while keeping us a little cooler while I was wearing her. It also came in handy when I decided to rain on us. It kept us dry! Love the dark underneath and shiny to to help reflect the sun heat. Must have for anyone who is sensitive to the sun.

A bit heavier than normal size umbrella. Design is bleh. Dont know how well itll hold up in the wind or how long itll last. Definitely adequate UV protection.

I sunburn SOOO easily and cant believe it took me this long to think to buy a UV rated umbrella. I LOVE it. I provides shade AND you can feel less heat. So good! It has been blown inside out from wind but straightens back out just fine. There are a few spots starting to show wear but Ive used it a LOT this summer. Especially for this price, Id buy again.

well worth it for the sun sensitive

I purchased this umbrella for my families trip to Disney World June 22-27(Hot)!! Pros: the umbrella is lightweight and small enough to through in a suitcase and carry around in a backpack. It is has an electric open and close button which makes it easier for kiddos (8yo). The umbrella did offer shade while walking around which cooled you down. Cons: Not very sturdy, so when the wind started to blow we had to close it so that it wouldn’t flip. The umbrella is small so for an adult using it you will not receive much coverage from the Sun. It was perfect for my 8yo to walk around with. I plan on keeping it for her I hope this review helps!

This umbrella is light, sturdy and makes a world of difference. I just took it on a three week trip through Greece in August where temperatures at noon were easily around 100F. Mediterranean breeze was strong all the time but even when the umbrella flipped the wrong way it was very easy to flip it back in the proper shape. Being in its shade was a lifesaver. It was probably the most important item I packed with me besides the passports and contact lenses. I have never used sun umbrellas before and now I don’t know how people live without them. The opening button works great and to close it is not hard either. But I would not kids play with it, just because it was so useful for me and I wouldn’t want anything to happen to it.

This is the best umbrella I’ve ever had. It blocks the sun perfectly! I’m going to look into a bigger one.

I bought this for my wife as we spend much time doing volunteer work in a sunny area. With this umbrella, she is protected and happy. Others involved in similar volunteer activity have used it with satisfaction.

Arrived quickly. Had no smell. Reflects the sun well. Took it to an outdoor lawn concert and received remarks on my intelligence for bringing it to a place with no shade. It was light and easy to carry. Will bring it with me again. Fit in my husbands Jean shorts back pocket...sticking out a little. Not one complaint.
