> 3 dayInstructions were great and easy to follow. We purchased to trace irrigation control valve wires that are 18-24” below grade. The sensor was not able to find 80% of our wiring.

> 3 dayWe have an invisible fence for our dogs around our 4.5 acre property. The loop detector was showing a broken wire, so I bought this to trace the break. The perimeter of the property is around 2000 feet, so I thought this would be the ticket to find where the break was located. The good news: I found the break. The bad news: the distance this will give a clear signal is around 700 feet. After that, the signal is too faint to detect. I was able to finds the original splices in the wire and dig them up to attach the transmitter. That allowed me to continue tracing until the break was found. For most properties, this would probably work great. For larger properties, you will not be able to attach at the source and trace the whole length.

> 3 dayEasy to set up and use. Easily found the breaks in our underground wire for an easy fix. 100x better than the useless cheap one I bought last year. Sounds make it clear when you are over the wire. Just go slow.

> 3 dayFollowed the directions in the manual, found the cut wire in 5 minutes. Fixed and lights up and going in less than 20 mins. Best thing I have bought in a long time. Saved me 150.00 for a guy to come out and find the cut wire.

Greater than one weekThis thing found a break in my guidewire for my Landroid in 2 min, which would have taken me hours to find.

> 3 dayLocating under ground dog fence. Cheap design with transmitter, wire and sensor that pendulums across ground breaks. Solder eventually separates. Wand style would be more durable.

> 3 dayI tried following the cable from where it starts but signal was not distinct so I went to where I know the cable goes and dug it up. It is about 10” deep. Once uncovered it sensed the signal but would not sense it where the cable is buried. A waste of time.

Greater than one weekWe found the break in the invisible fence and fixed it ourselves. The fence company could not give us a date to check it for over a month. Their loss.

> 3 dayI purchased this product to locate a break in my invisible fence for my dog. This system will not locate the wire past about 250 linear feet. The audio signal gets very weak and becomes impossible to hear. I dont know whether this particular system is faulty or the product will not perform as advertised, but I am very disappointed.
