3 voyages professionnels en 6 semaines : 1er voyage une roulette sest cassée, 2ème voyage une 2ème et devinez ... 3ème voyage = une troisième roulette cassée : il faut désormais porter la valise et comme il sagit de la grosse avec environ 20 kgs.... sincèrement décevant de voir une si mauvaise qualité. coordonnées du fabricant non trouvé Sur la coque elle est toujours en bon état mais après seulement 3 voyages...

The 24 inch box was smaller than expected

First time using it and the handle broke. The lock also siezed and couldnt be reset or opened which is terrible at any time, but especially when youre on holiday and need access to your things. DO NOT BUY

Only managed to get two pairs of slippers and a mini handbag in before the whole suitcase lining started to fall apart. I travel in 1day - ha great . I’m almost certain they’ll all rip before I can make it to my destination. Contacting seller about a refund because now that suitcase is unusable. Very disappointed

The suitcase itself is great quality and very strong. I use the smaller case for regular commutes however, I have found that only after a few uses the 4 wheels sway side ways, therefore Im having to drag the suitcase on 2 wheels. Slightly inconvenient but the shell itself is sturdy.

Ordered 2 sets both have been lost really disappointed

We have travelled for only the second time with the large case and one of the wheels has broken rendering the case useless.
