Ordered 2 sets both have been lost really disappointed

Going on holiday this weekend so really dissapointed to receive an item with damage like this.

The suitcase itself is great quality and very strong. I use the smaller case for regular commutes however, I have found that only after a few uses the 4 wheels sway side ways, therefore Im having to drag the suitcase on 2 wheels. Slightly inconvenient but the shell itself is sturdy.
