> 3 dayOpened my new case from the box pulled it out to find one of the locks had been already set to a new code so I cannot get into the case.. This is a load of crap since I purchased this for a trip that I cannot use them for.. There is no phone number to the seller only email and so far I have had zero response.. Now this is my biggest issue.. The small issue is the decorative buttons on the side wherw broken off and in the bottom of the box.. I expect these cases if ever used to last one trip they are horrible.. Next time I wont look at the cuteness and go more for the durability.. I would jot suggest purchasing these cases..

> 3 dayThe design of the luggage is adorable. But it’s definitely not sturdy. It bends easily. And the handles are really wobbly. It gets dirty very easily also. It’s good for road-trips, but not for airplanes.

Greater than one weekI’ve never owned a suitcase before so when I saw this one I had to get! The suitcase itself is 21.5in long (including wheels). The inside is roughly 6in deep (18in long). The carryon bag is roughly 4in deep, 12in long. The wheels are really smooth, I was walking in a circle with it in my kitchen & it didn’t want to tip over or anything (it was empty). The pull handle has a button that you push down to adjust the height of it. It also has a water proof cover for the suitcase (not the carryon) & a bag for the inside to cover your clothes (so they don’t fly around I guess?). It’s also just extremely cute & I can’t wait to use it!

> 3 dayThe handle and leather accents are starting to rip after one trip. I was so careful about being gentle and being delicate, but the side handle is either flimsy or cheap material. So unfortunate that it’s not durable. Won’t be able to use this luggage anymore in fear of ripping the side handle off completely
