I absolutely love this birdcage cover! It is the first one I have ever bought, and I may order another just as a backup. Once covered, my feathered boy doesn’t make a sound! It is dark for him but if startled and I need to peek on him, I can quickly open one of the Velcro sides. Cover is thick enough, easy to put on and take off with the handles, and very well-made. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I purchased this item so that my African Grey could be in darkness when it is time for her to be quiet. She also has a habit of making an awful high pitched screeching when my partner leaves the room and covering her stops the screeching. She can see through the cover, so when I first got it all she did was make a lot of noise when it was time to sleep. I had to put a heavy blanket on top of it to make the area darker. It does cover the whole cage nicely and the velcro closure is convenient.

Best $30 Ive ever spent! My bird actually sleeps in for HOURS after I get up (I get up early). Before this cage cover I just used a blanket to cover my Caique at night. The second he heard me moving, he wanted to be up (I wanted coffee before dealing with pets). Now he peacefully sleeps until its time to wake up. Highly recommend

Easy to put on or off bird cage. Doesn’t fall off like the blankets we were using. Total worth the buy.
