A 14.00 part saved a perfectly good shade. Easy to install, you will need a drill. The shade is great.

The parts were easy to install. Old unit became very brittle due to constant sun and heat in Yuma AZ. The only down side was the old unit had a pull string system. This one was designed for a hand crank that I did not have. Not an every day shade, so will find the appropriate hand crank next season, otherwise very good.
