Jack started leaking down after 5-6 uses. Needs a replacement already

I use this press only three times, after every thing has crashed!! Bad press doesnt work. Dont buy this press.

I had it up and running in like 10 min . Very easy to set up and use.and after hours of reviews and videos I am glade I got this brand. After two presses all I can say is WOW it’s awesome. I am very happy it is a great little unit. My first press so I am no expert but I see why this company was always in the top three reviews. And Amazon shipping was great . Worth every penny. I can’t wait to experiment with different temps and time of pressing. Thumbs up great product and workmanship .

I got this press a year or so ago. Dont use it that much really and since day 1 it was problems. The bottle jack wouldent hold pressure had to have them send a new one. Then the plates started giving me issues now heating up to accurate temps and then got out of alignment somehow and has killed my yields and just completely discouraged me from pressing. When you press yield is everything a average yield is 20% return. So when the press isnt working right your getting maybe 10 or 12% and just wasting it. Dabpress hasent offered to do anything. Except tell me to fix it myself. Ill add that its past warranty wich is only 1-year. Wich is also odd for somthing built of steel. This thing is to heavy to ship and I guees Im just stuck with it at this point. Im tired of messing with it and trying to fix it and dabpress is in contact with me but only offering advice on trying to fix it. Ive done everything that they have reccomended and hours of time wasted reading forums as well on how to fix it. At this point Im just ready to count it as a loss and look for a new one somwhere.

I ordered this product, took about a week to arrive due to Covid-19. But, DabPress. com customer support was helpful and quick to respond. The delay was Amazons fault not DabPress. Took a couple of tries to figure out the best way to use the press. This is my first heat press so I can not compare it to others. The only reason it gets 4/5 stars is because the press arrived semi assembled. The package did not come with set up instructions so it took me a min to figure out. The package didn’t include an owner’s manual. Both of these documents would be very helpful.

Had some troubles at first with getting the wrong item I want to make a huge shout out to James DPs tech support he was super awesome and got me taken care of right away

Highly recommend this press. Seems like it is very durable. Was really easy to put together and use the first time. And also the results were great.

Simple, works! I have always done solvent extractions but now this makes a really clean extract. For personal use (quantity) and priced right.
