ТurboTax 2019 Home and Business - Only for Windows - PC - DVD (Turbotax 2019)

I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came out, way back. Always worked, always easy, until this year with this version. It is even being installed on the same computer as the last few years. I bought it, installed it, updated it and got this error when trying to start a new return. Uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times, no change. Returned it and got a replacement, same thing, same error, multiple times. I cant believe Intuit has produced a product like this after all of these successful years. I have submitted two support requests and have received zero response over a 2 week period. I returned this twice, because it would not work both times. Went to another local store, purchased the same thing and noticed the box and security is very different, this one has no security seal, the store bought one does. Took it home, installed much faster than this one, the local one asked me to enter license code, this one did not and the new one installed and worked flawlessly the first time. I was in and working in about a fourth of the time. I am quite convinced that these versions on Amazon are not real, legitimate versions, but tainted copies. STEER CLEAR of the versions on Amazon.

The first ine did not work, had to order a replacement which did not work either. Now fighting with Amazon/vendor to give me my money back and they playing dumb. Customer service is useless!

I received this CD where the box/CD were wrapped in plastic shrink wrap, but the CD case itself wasnt sealed. Not sure if thats standard or not. The instruction says to install from CD OR download and gives the License Code. While downloading from CD it NEVER once asks for the License Code. When trying to open a New Return I get an error code and it closes out. I uninstalled and reinstalled approximately six times. SO I uninstalled again from the computer and tried the download online route. This was the first time it came up to enter the code and it says it has already been downloaded. Since I NEVER had the opportunity to enter the License Code while downloading this seems strange. The CD is useless to me and has taken up a few hours of my day.

Defective cd

Bought the disk for Tax Day July 15th, it didnt work. I filed an extension and forgot about it. Now it came to the extension deadline and I go to try it again, same problem. I finally called up Intuit, looked at the reviews here, and found out it was a fake/resale/scam. Regardless of this, Intuit helped me out and gave me a copy. So in short, report this seller Romeoss for scamming.

The disk would not load on our computer. The notice said the access code to validate the software had already been used. Needless to say that was very disconcerting.

Please read after purchasing we found out it the unit that is already been used up. So cheap/inexpensive does not equal good. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Fake license codes!!!! Upon first use, the software says its already been used and activated.

I have been struggling with this now for 3 hours trying to get it to work and I get the same thing over and over. An error message and then nothing of I just get kicked out. Tried tech support and they are non-existant. Last time with Turbo Tax for me!!!!!!

It didnt work. It gave me an error code that couldnt be found on their web page. I reloaded two times.
