I needed extra ports for my laptop. There is only one on my device and I need another port for my mike and my mouse. This one works great. My different devices all work well with no interruptions in power. This is also small enough that it is easy to carry with my laptop. too.

I do not know what the choice of camera quality meant in the review. This was a USB hub. It worked perfectly right from the plug-in.

No complaints about the excellent USB 3.0 hub. Its USB-A plug works with any USB 2 or 3 jack and I even plugged it into another hub and it worked fine. It offers 4 USB 3.0 jacks (female connectors) whose power is dependent on the source you have the hub plugged into. Since it has no independent source of power, you need to keep that in mind when plugging in hard drives or other power hungry devices, but this is not an issue in most cases. I cant measure data thru put easily, but everything Ive tried on it works well, keyboard, mouse, iPhone, thumb drive, even a USB powered fan. The attachment cable is less than a foot long, but in my case this is a plus, as I already have too many long dangling cords So this is a decent value and seems quite reliable.

This is a great option if you have business or personal travel and need to have a USB hub to add ports to your laptop for charging things like your smartphone, headphones, watch, or LED lighting kit. As you can see from the pictures, the hub is small enough to put in with your other accessories and they didnt make the cord annoyingly long to where it just adds additional wires all over your laptop setup for travel. The hub also is great if you have a socket power adapter and just want to use the port as a charger in your office area for all your USB accessories whether at home or in a hotel. Out of the box, I was able to plug the hub into an available port in my laptop and then connect an iPhone one of the 4 USB connectors and get a charge just as fast as if I didnt have the hub at all. A great travel accessory that just works!

Its worth it

Im using this on my iMac desktop and it works like a charm.it allows me to connect my external hard drives.

I have to share a desk space with my hubby when we travel and our cords get in the way of each other for everything we have plugged in to charge. This item makes it really handy to keep ourselves organized and all cords stay in one area of our workspace. It plugs in easily to the side of my computer and everything stays to my left, away from the hubbys space. Plenty of ports for everything we have and it makes us both happy working across from each other!

I really like this Ethernet port. It improved our connection at home greatly and plus it includes extra usb ports

I just needed more USB ports to plug different devices at the same time and this little guy works perfect for the task. I don’t use it all the time but when I need it, is really useful.

For some reason, my new laptops USB ports are so close together, I had a hard (if not impossible) time putting two jump drives in it at the same time. I didnt even know they sold something like this! It sure helped me out of a tight space (pun intended).
