It means that power via the USB-C port can supply up to PPS 25W to a Samsung phone. I can confirm that my Galaxy S22 Ultra charges comfortably quick with this charger. The USB-A port is another plus for other devices that you may want to charge at lower wattages. Unfortunately this charger does not support Super Fast Charging 2.0 which charges the latest Samsung phones at 45W. Other than that the charger has a nice build quality and a mesmerizing blue LED ring that lights up once plugged in which provides a nice touch.
