The brick is a little bulkier than apple’s 5V, which is expected. It charges fine, I just don’t notice the “Q” power that’s advertised.

Called support but its 1 month out of warranty and they wouldnt help me.

I really like how fast this charges my iPhone 12 Pro and my series 7 Apple Watch. It was a great value too.

Its a good charger very great for traveling and taking it out, It can fit easily in your pocket, I wish it were 30w instead of 20w for fast charging but its still fair enough for the price
