Stopped charging on the return by date

It only had a 30 day return policy so I am now without a cord to charge my TSlim insulin pump until I can reorder from another source. I have a cord that will work but it is not a Tandem cord and am worried it may damage my pump.

Unfortunately--though you can charge the pump with any cord of this type--you have to have an official Tslim/Tandem plug to get the mobile download app on the PC to work. These official cords bend almost immediately and barely hold on for a few weeks. Ive never had a weaker of this type of cord ending. I can buy cheap of this type end and they last months and months. I am not hard on my cords, so this is a flaw in the cord itself. This has been the case for cords sent to me and purchased by me over 7 YEARS, so not just a problem with one lot. It chaps my hide to have to pay--repeatedly!--this price for one cord that is so weak. I can get a set of 3-5 for the same price and they last significantly longer.
