Charges tast and distinguished between devices

I have been having issues with my stock LG charger so I decided to give this bad boy a try. It works fine and fits in the wall plug firmly. Charges my phone (LG V60) and wifes Iphone just fine. But .... No fast charge. 24 watts and no fast charge from at least one port? Just disappointed. In this day and age, how is any charger not of the fast variety?

I love this product. I use it weekly and it charges quickly and stores nicely in my briefcase
