No, it doesn’t flare out. The fabric has a little stretch to it, very comfortable.
No not really. It fits well at the waist and lays nicely over the hips. It’s a little longer then other Jean jackets which is very flattering.

I have found that the jacket does have a little bit of give to it but not alot. It"s very comfortable, stylish and fits amazingly well!!! I"ve certainly enjoyed it!!!
