I have used the blue version for a few years but the level sensors were misreading, although Im use to it and tend to know about what the levels are (for black, just look down the toilet; for gray Im never sure but its not as critical for our style of camping). Flushed with this and both gray/black levels said empty afterwards.

The PRODUCT, overall, is excellent! I have used it for nearly 20 years, with absolutely no problems. My most recent purchase was with Amazon as a seller, though, and there was something wrong with the bottle that was delivered to me. I did not use it right away, but it did not sit for any longer than any other one I ever purchased. However, Im thinking it must have been from a defective batch, or else exposed to extreme heat or cold, because I might just as well have been pouring water into my black tank. It did not work at all. I highly recommend THE PRODUCT, but watch the seller; after this, if I order it again, I will open each new bottle right away and make sure the bacteria are functional, before the time to return the bottle expires.

Does what its meant to without much offensive odor.

I like the lines on the bottle to guide you as to how much to pour. Seems to work fine, not crazy about the scent but its not offensive.

Good product, good price. I just moved into my RV and ordered this product for the toilet. So far so good!

Read about this product online. I had a stubborn black tank draining issue and decided to give it a shot. Problem solved!
