> 3 dayThe included USB cable for charging the device does not work. I used another one that I own and it worked fine to charge the device.

> 3 dayThe alarm is not too big nor too small. It fits in my hand perfectly. I have yet to try it (or test it at least). Currently I am charging it fully since I just got it delivered to me today. I think it will be an awesome product to have. I just hope I don’t have to use it but I have peace of mind that it is there if I need to use it. The instructions were clear on how to use it and also how to test it. Really great that 1 full charge of the battery will last about 6-18 months.

> 3 dayThis product is so easy to use and I feel so much safer with it. I love that it shows the battery life unlike all the other ones and I love that you charge it instead of putting batteries in it. I absolutely LOVE the color of mine, I got the deep lavender. Also a really good price

> 3 dayI hope not to have to use. But I did test the sound. It is very loud and a definite benefit to having a speaker on each side. I gave sound 4 stars only because I expected it would be deafening. Convenience of charging was a deciding factor for me. If something takes physical batteries I move on. The pull on the alarm is something that would be difficult to “accidentally” do, but if it happened you can replace immediately. I would highly suggest a practice pull when purchased so you have personal confidence in the device and know what to expect. I used to carry only pepper spray. I feel better knowing I have both.
