It works for its intended purpose but the fluffiness is awkward on hot days and its not something you want to take to the park or anywhere else it has the chance to get dirty. Get a SkipHop one that can be wiped clean and doesnt overheat your tot.

This backpack is so cute. When my little daughter walks, the legs swing from side to side. So precious.

***UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered to fix it for me. I told them it wasnt much of a defect just a weak clasp. They gave me a $5 refund. They were very nice and helpful. Would definitely look into more of their products in the future!! The bag is great for small things and is very soft. The only problem I have with it is that the clasp that hooks in the front is very weak and my daughter takes it apart very easily. My daughter loves this bag though for its softness.

Jinny reached out to me from Vaschy support and informed me that all products come with a 1 year warranty. She shipped us a brand new backpack and my daughter was thrilled. I’m so thankful and appreciative for the great customer service. I will definitely buy from this retailer again.
