> 3 dayKeystone inserts are a pretty simple product, though Ive had a number of inserts where the fitting was too loose and theyd easily fall out or the slightest touch would result in the same. The VCE fittings provide a snug fit and I have no concern of them falling out.

Greater than one weekThese went into the keystone jacks I have very easily. They can be a little difficult to remove but you really shouldn’t need to take them out often (I don’t). Overall good quality.
