Great software if its your first time editing or doing quick edits. Easy to use like Windows Movie Maker, but you can do more. Love the uploaders for Youtube and Facebook! Makes posting my travel videos and vlogs really easy.

It is easy to use but seems to have a few bugs. Some clips go blank after being inserted. Other clips won’t load even if they are from the same device as the ones that do load.

What a piece of CRAP!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME On ANY VEGAS SOFTWARE!!! Its not like this was a Trial version. Its software thats a few revs old. Ive used FREEWARE that was more useful!!! In FACT, thats what I ended up doing. I was just taking raw, unedited video from my camcorder to burn a DVD. Simple, right?!? WRONG!!! I could upload to YouTube, FaceBook, etc. no problem. I try to burn an easy, no frills, DVD, NOPE!!! No can do!!! NO AUDIO!!! REALLY?!?!? I know its old software. Thats why I chose it. I didnt what any special effects or menus. If you think this is a great way to FORCE me to Upgrade to the more expensive version, youre pretty damn STUPID!! Anyone thinking of trying this, STOP, think for a moment. If this is how they treat customers of old software just to get a buck out of you, what are they going to do to you if you buy current software and you dont want to purchase the next revision? They could hold your data or project hostage. If you dont buy the NEW stuff, we may just have to LIMIT you old stuff. And dont you just love how you DONT own software!! You LEASE it. What a croc!!! Switching to linux (UBUNTU) is looking like the best decision Ive made when it comes to computers. FREE office operating system, FREE office software (Libre), FREE photo, audio, and video editing. To be honest, there was a bit of a learning curve. But once learned, you dont have to relearn with every revision. And no forced upgrade. Anybody get burned by Microsoft 10? I did. Walked away from my computer for a moment, and came back to a screen, telling me it was Upgrading me to Windows 10. Wasnt that nice of them? NO!! When it was done it wouldnt boot up to 10 or any other version. Cost me thousands in downtime!! I had to reinstall the OS, and more than a dozen pieces of software. Not to mention installing printers, scanners and other external hardware. AS OF JANUARY 2020, I NO LONGER USE ANY MICROSOFT OS or related SOFTWARE!!!

Didnt work. It was a bummer. I like Vegas. Problem was it wouldnt install at all. It was an easy return though.

I like this software. I have gone through three and this is my favorite. But it has a fatal flaw that keeps ruining this for me. IT KEEPS DELETING MY WORK. Let me repeat, IT RANDOMLY DELETES WORK. And yes you can go into the app data and MAYBE JUST MAYBE find it but the fact that it has deleted my work and made me go from the ground up so many times to the point of where I give up on a video is UNACCEPTABLE. Get at your own risk, prepare to learn, prepare to be VERY VERY TICKED OFF, and good luck,
