I’ve using it for about a year, this thing stays charged for forever (read for 20-60 hours depending on brightness using). Not kidding. I tested it using the dimmest setting and it lasted for weeks of 1-3 hourlong sessions of daily reading!! The charging cord it comes with takes 1.5-2 hours to charge from absolute 0 to 100. The 3 different light settings/types and the 3 brightnesses for each one is just perfect for any situation. You can do a dim yellow light for bedtime (this is my favorite) or a bright blueish one, or one in between. There is just the one button to click, you hold it to switch light types or click it to switch brightness. Super easy to use. Lastly, The double swivel whale tail fin style light or whatever the heck it is can, with some fun adjustments, reveal the entire page in a way that my teenage- hiding in my parent’s closet in the dark -self is seriously jealous of. Highly recommend. And if I remember, I think it was one of the cheapest ones I found. Perfection. Give it as an small token of love to a nerd friend that’s close to you and tell them it will enhance their reading if they use it. They will love you for it.

Its small enough to be reasonably portable, adjustable enough to work for large books as well as small ones, and is rechargeable so Im not buying batteries frequently. Ive bought 2 of them, one for myself, and another for my partner so he would stop claiming mine.

I love this reading light. I actually got it because I was getting into the bad habit of falling asleep with my night stand light on, and it would wake me up in the middle of the night. This allows me to have just enough light to read, but it is plenty of light to read. The clip is strong, and it will not come loose unless you want it to, but it wont damage the pages or cover either. The flexible neck really allows you to get light at the perfect angle for your preference. Ive used it on airplanes just so I dont bother other people with the overhead light. Its a great addition to anyone that still enjoys reading physical books in bed and doesnt want to keep their partner up or risk falling falling asleep with the night stand light on and waking up later out of lighting discomfort.

I purchased this for my girlfriend who rides along in the truck with me. She absolutely loves it. You can switch between a bright white, soft yellow, or a combination of lighting and the battery life is fantastic so far. The clip is fairly strong, but the neck could be a bit better, it doesnt like to hold its shape once you get it how you want it. For the most part though, its great!

So glad I chose this one. Bright and dim, this is perfect for me.

The light has three different brightness settings and they are perfect for reading in dark places. The charge on the battery lasts much longer than a previous book light. Love it!!

I have tried many book lights over the years and this is the best one I have ever found. It completely illuminates the pages and has three different brightness settings. It also has the best flexibility of any book light I have ever used.

My first use of the clip light was during a major theatrical production; and it was a great little tool! I needed to be able to clearly see my Tech Script and notes, while seated in a VERY dark Sound booth. Not being able to see clearly would have been disastrous, as I attempted my assignment of calling the cues for lights, sounds, music and media; but the light, with its various lighting levels, worked extremely well, and illuminated every part of my pages! The clip is sturdy, and attached snuggly to the surface to which I attached it. It also served to hold my pages properly in place. Definitely will be standard equipment piece for me in future theatrical projects. Since then, Ive purchased a second clip light, storing one in ny night stand for night reading. Charge holds for days, even with long periods of use!! Not a disappointment!

Love several things about this book light! I use it every night- It’s rechargeable, so I don’t have to swap out batteries. Not many lights split so you get even light over both pages of the book. You don’t realize how much difference this makes until you’ve had something like this. So much easier on your eyes! The clip grips tight enough the light stays put once you attach it to your book. The neck is flexible enough to make it easy to fold for travel. Highly recommend.
