Thinner than expected. Not really velvet so much as fancy felt.

Perfect product for what I used! Using it as a undercover of items for table! Beautiful color! :) Will buy again if I need more.

The quality is quite good. However the nap is so short it looks and feels like felt. If you want a plush surface, this is not the product for you.
