This Vera Bradley Brush Up Organizer is a great pouch! Its perfect for travelling because I can take just what I need in it and throw this Organizer in my suffle bag/suitcase. The designs are very pretty and this specific case is not bulky at all (unlike the Large Blush Brush Case I used to have). - I like the way you can keep 7 brushes in a different space and the plastic covering that keeps the hairs protected! - -- Theres 3 elastic mesh pockets on the inner bottom pouch: 2 small towards the front and 1 bigger pocket in the back. These inside pockets store quite a few items and keeps smaller things organized (Qtips, tweezers, eyeglash glue, spoolies, etc.). - Theres also 1 large mesh zip pocket that sits on top of the brushes There are a few downsides: - Outer zippers are stiff and NOT the quality I typically get from Vera Bradley Cosmetic Cases/Products in general - Unlike the Mini/Medium/Large Cosmetic Case and the Large Blush and Brush Case, this bag is NOT lined with water resistant fabric/plastic. Instead, they went with a wipeable polyester instead of the PVC lining I loved from the other cosmetic cases. - The straps for brushes are very tiny and from my pictures, you can see I was not able to fit majority of my brushes. I could either buy separate travel sized brushes, or organize them differently which takes out the purpose of a separate brush compartment. - I would enjoy it much more if the bottom section had some structure. Unless you were to fit a lot in here, it collapses easily and looks like a sad lump :( For me personally, the negatives outweighed the positives. I am going to keep looking for a makeup bag that fits my needs. Best of luck!

I really like Vera Bradleys new recycled cotton line. This make up case is a very nice looking as well as handy little bag. I love it because it is lightweight and holds all my essentials for travel. I dont carry many liquid items (to save on potential spills and weight when traveling) so lightweight bags are a must for me. I like the big open space so I can put exactly what I need in there. Overall, a solid offering from Vera Bradley.

I love it. The main compartment has about a four inch depth, it has a mesh pocket along the back wall that runs the length of the case, and one on the front thats divided in half. In the lid to that compartment is another mesh pouch, but this one has a zip. In the top compartment is an area with the loops to hold your makeup brushes, with a small plastic cover that you cover your brushes with to keep them nice and to prevent product transfer. This is all on a plastic coated fabric, so it wipes right off if you dont get your brushes fully clean, or if you set it down on this before you wash. The lid part to this compartment has another mesh zip pouch. I dont typically travel with this much makeup, I tend to decant into smaller containers so I can meet the TSA rules, but also not leave things behind that I may need. Since the pandemic though, Ive been preferring to travel (work travel mostly) by train or car where possible, so this got to go on an overnight train ride with me. I still decant into smaller containers, I still bring smaller travel sized bottles, etc. but I dont worry about my quart sized bags, etc. In this bag, in the top compartment, I packed my wide toothed comb, toothbrush in its container, travel toothpaste, and some lip balm in the zipped mesh pouch. Where the brushes go, I packed three or four brushes, mascara, eye liner, lip gloss, and a lip stick. In the main large compartment I packed my shampoo, conditioner, two tubes of hair product, my decanted makeup containers (these are mostly cleaned out containers from that makeup store that does samples), a tube of face wash, two small jars of moisturizer, and a tube of sunblock. In the side pouches I stuck a small snack bag (so they dont get tangled in the mesh) with my hair clips and pins, a couple hair ties, and in the lid pouch I put a nail file, tweezers, and my little mini sewing kit. All of my stuff was in this one bag, normally its split up between two or three smaller bags and the quart sized clear bag for the TSA. This is my new go to for non-flying trips.

I was expecting a bigger size, the picture is deceiving. Not what I wanted.

I’m in love with this makeup bag. The top stores my brushes separate, and the bottom is spacious with organization as well! Beautiful makeup bag in general!

This is the best container for makeup and skin care and love this design. I don,t have a multitude of stuff just can find all so easy and plenty of areas to keep separate
