Vera Bradley Womens Cotton Large Cosmetic Makeup Organizer Bag

This is a very large, well made bag that is quite versatile and can be used for lots of things other than cosmetics. The recycled cotton fabric is soft but durable and the bag is lightly padded due to the lovely quilting. I ordered the Butterfly By pattern to match my tote and weekender bags. The design features large, colorful abstract butterflies against a variegated sky blue background -- very cheerful and summery. The fabric lining the bag features small butterflies scattered on a navy background which contrasts very nicely with the exterior of the bag. The bag is simply organized (at least in comparison to most VB bags). The large zippered main compartment is also lined with clear plastic to protect against leaks or spills from cosmetics or skin care products. As another reviewer mentioned, the sturdy clear lining also makes this bag ideal for carrying a wet or damp swimsuit or other clothing. The zipper wraps around the sides to make it easy to access the interior. It is nylon with a metal heady and ribbon pull tab extender. The curved pocket on the front of the bag is generously sized but does not feature the clear plastic lining and is great for smaller items. The zipper for the pocket is similar to the one for the main compartment -- both operate smoothly. The bag is well made and very sturdy. This bag has no handles or carrying straps, so it really isnt designed to be carried solo even though it is as large as many purses. I like the size, shape and simplicity of this bag, and I do think it would be a nice feature if this did have a removable strap but I suppose there are lots of other VB bags that already fill this niche. This is so large, that I intend to use it my luggage for travel. The current price of $40.00 seems a bit high to me, but the quality is top-notch and it does fit in the price range of other brand offerings.

This makeup bag has a lot more space than I’d anticipated when I ordered it. It’s not cheap and not cheaply made. It is made from cotton and I didn’t expect such high quality durable material from that but it truly is. It’s protected on the inside really well an holds a lot of makeup. Well constructed. I’m now a fan of Vera Bradley (not due to the colors) due to the quality of the cotton bags.

It’s Vera Bradley so you already know it’s going to last forever! If you’re like me and don’t have a ton of makeup pallets then this is perfect for you. I literally can fit all of my makeup in it, except for large eyeshadow pallets.

I liked this makeup organizer. I really liked the butterfly print. I also like that it is recycled. We love Vera Bradley. We have been getting products from them for years and are always happy. They just have great quality. This is a very nice bag. The quality seemed very good. Everything worked fine on it without a problem. It seemed to be durable. We have used it without a problem. It opens and shuts just fine. It seems to be a decent thickness. Everything in it stays just fine. It is pretty comfortable to carry. It doesn’t feel too bulky. It can hold a decent amount. It looks pretty good on. I like the extra features of it. It is also pretty attractive. It looks nice. I would recommend it.

This Vera Bradley make up bag is their largest size of the bunch at 10wide x 7high x 4 deep. They have smaller make up bags too. This big, beautiful make up bag has one large, plastic lined, open zippered compartment, and one smaller (unlined) zipped compartment on the outside. This large bag is fantastic for stuffing make up and skin care, or for use for just about anything else one could think of. I mean, ANYTHING! It would be great as an organizer bag for inside a tote or large purse. Id even pack it with snacks and toss a thin freezer pack in it. Serioulsy, this bag is so versatile. LOVE adding it to my ever growing Vera Bradley collection. I have a bunch of Plaza Tile, including this one, but there are some other patterns that make me itch to buy another. lol. Also? its legit. It is thoroughly branded, looks just like all my other recycled material options that Vera Bradley carries, is sold by the Vera Bradley store (not a third party), and is sold from/ships from Amazon (again, not a third party). I am fully confident that this is a legit product. NOTHING about it makes me question it.
