United Airlines strict personal item rule. Also fits underseat on Delta and American! I have used all three airlines in the past month with no problems. It would be even better the bag had a long single shoulder strap.

I needed a small carry on for same-day flights, room for one change of clothes in case of return flight delay. This is perfect, and lovely colors and pattern.

This was a gift for someone and she uses the bag a lot! I wasn’t paying attention when I bought it, I generally thought this was the bigger bag. It’s smaller but good as a day trip bag!
