Bought over month ago, tested out in house, empty, it was perfect, put it away. First use this past wk. Filled with clothes, went on a cruise, in my possession whole time used with care. Luggage fell apart, wheels jammed, wobble at times, stuck at others, now absolutely useless to me. Cant return since its past 30 day return. Do uourself a favor and save yourself the big headache, dont buy this luggage.

This was a great buy, I use the large and small one when I travel and thats all I need.

It looked like a great suitcase until it was on the tarmac and it got some water splashed on it from the rain. This is a common occurrence when traveling. WELL-the suitcase turned orange in spots from the water. Really sad. I had it shipped to my moms house to use on my flight home and they won’t refund or exchange it.
