I like this set of luggage since it’s more lightweight than my older set. The only thing I wish it would have had is a handle on the side of the luggage instead of a slit that you slide your hand into. The top has a handle which I like

I purchased this 3-piece of luggage for my current business trip. This luggage comes in three different sizes i.e., small, medium & big, which is very useful for travel, as I have size choices based on the size of clothes for travel. I can use this set of luggage for my single trip as well as family trip purposes. I bought Teal color as it looks beautiful and is also one of my favorite colors. This luggage is lightly weighted which makes it comfortable to carry and is the luggage is indeed expandable which is very useful in case of excess clothes rather than carrying additional extra luggage. It has separate compartments for toiletries and zipper pouches for shoes, which helps me to keep my clothes and other belongings separate from shoes & toiletries, which are very smart designs. One of the clever designs I have found is the side & bottom handgrip, which makes it easier & comfortable in the case of loading & unloading luggage from a vehicle. This luggage has 360 spinner wheels which makes it very comfortable to carry and walk, as the rotation can be easily done in any direction without any difficulty. I am very much impressed with the purchase I made, its definitely worth the money and I definitely recommend it to my friend if they are looking for new luggage.

I liked the product because of following reasons : 1) Sturdy and smooth wheels 2) scratch proof 3) light weight, weight is 20% less than other similar products in the market Needs improvement: 1) There should be more compartments inside the bag 2) It should have TSA locks.

Was hoping this would be good value, but I couldnt even open the set to get to the smaller bags because the zipper arrived defective and nonfunctional (see photo 1). Even basic quality control should catch this. In addition, the wheels appeared to be mounted off so that it wobbled when you changed directions (see photo 2). I returned it for a refund, not interested in chancing another mistake. A waste of shipping resources! Sad. Buyer beware.

It was way too brittle. Seemed to be cheaply made. The threads were falling apart already when I opened the packaging. Im not trying to convey that soft shell luggage is brittle. I have other soft shell luggage thats fine, but this seemed way to brittle. And the quality wise, like I already stated, you can tell by threads falling apart on the first day it arrives.

Used it to travel to Ethiopia and Eritrea with no issues! Easily spotted since most luggages are black!

Bought this 3 piece luggage set for a trip where all were going to be used. The smallest, carry on luggage, is good and moves perfectly. The biggest one, which is a checked luggage bag, came with problems in the wheels: cannot move easily and falls because the legs don’t work or sustain the weight. Cheap fabric... Not worth buying!
