Verve Ultra SLS-Free Toothpaste with Fluoride, 4.5 oz. (Pack of 4)

I had been a longtime user of standard Crest- and Colgate-branded toothpastes before I was recommended an SLS-free paste. The differences are really subtle, and Verve Ultra makes the switch bearable by still providing that fresh taste. The main benefit for me is faster healing of wounds (like if I accidentally bite my lip or cut my gum). Another key thing is that it has fluoride as an ingredient. I see too many alternative toothpastes these days that dont really contain anything but abrasives, so youre not doing your teeth any favors by using those.

I used to get fairly frequent canker sores - maybe once a month - nothing unmanageable. Out of nowhere I started getting a lot of swelling under my tongue and it was very painful. My dentist couldn’t find anything wrong but recommended I try SLS free. It was completely gone within a few days. About 6 months in I went on a trip and used regular toothpaste for a few days. My mouth was covered in canker sores and the swelling came back! I now use this toothpaste religiously and it’s wonderful. Tastes great. I’ll never go back.

So far I love this! Was nervous that my boyfriend wouldnt like a SLS-free toothpaste but we really like this. The mint also feels more natural and fresher than that of common commercial toothpastes. Its whitening- not as whitening as mainstream toothpaste can be, but the trade-off is more than worth it and I swish with hydrogen peroxide 2x / week, so the difference is a mute point. I will definitely keep repurchasing this!

I used to get canker sores on my tongue pretty consistently. While sharing that with a dental hygienist, a number of years ago, she suggested I try Verve Ultra, which does not contain SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (linked with increased incidences of canker sores. For me it was magic! Worth the extra Pennie’s spent!!

Ive been suffering from canker sores for several years now. After researching SLS and its correlation to canker sores, I started using rembrandt canker sore toothpaste. This worked well as a canker sore preventer but did not work great as a toothpaste. It ended up that rembrandt discontinued the toothpaste so I spent another couple of years in canker sore pain before I found a solid replacement on amazon. This stuff is awesome! I can use it as my everyday toothpaste and it has significantly cut down the number of canker sores I get to the point where they are really rare. The toothpaste itself is just as good as anything else Ive ever used and I just cross my fingers that they keep making it!

I love this tooth paste. Got it to fight canker sores and it works very well. I will Not use any other tooth paste. Great taste too.

This is my second round ordering, and I love this toothpaste. I suffer from terrible canker sores and realized I have a reaction to SLS in mouth products. Ive tried other natural brands but Ill be a lifetime customer of this one. Everytime I visit friends and use their normal toothpaste I break out in cancer sores within a week!

I used to get a ton of painful canker sores. Since using this product I only get them once in a while. If you are someone who is prone to getting canker sores, I highly recommend giving this toothpaste a try!

I like that the product doesnt contain SLS and does contain fluoride, but I dont see ANY reason it needs to add dyes!? Not sure about the other inactive ingredients.
