Great product! Ive tried almost everything to stop my horse from ruining my fencing & barn with the rubbing from itching and this is the only product that has reduced the problem. Horse still rubs a bit, but nothing like before. I have used it twice and will continue to use it throughout the spring & summer when itching reaches its peak. Container still feels heavy as if I havent used any, so it should last for some time. Comes out foaming so all you have to do is work it into the wet coat & rinse; very easy to use.

I ordered the antibacterial version of this shampoo, but instead received the shine one. Not at all what I wanted, as my horse has some fungus on her back legs and I wanted something to help with that. The product does work well for a regular shampoo for her coat, but I had to buy something else for an antibacterial and anti fungal shampoo.

I bought this for my husband to cure his dandruff, as I read some people have had success with this method. It works! Its non-irritating, and his hair is nice and shiny (bonus). Very satisfied with this product!

Super convenient spray bottle with an easy to use, easy to tolerate equine shampoo. I had already tried the medicated version from this same company but if you dont need the medication for fungal/bacterial/other irritation then this is the one to go with. Summer in Florida means biting bugs, high heat and humidity so the medicated version is great...this is a good all around solution for the rest of the time. Easy to use trigger spray, decent lather and nice fragrance.

If youve never seen a Percheron draft horse with dry, itchy, flaky summer skin, let me just say.... its pitiful. Nine months out of the year, our big mare is an elegant, deep black with a silky coat and a spring in her step. Shes an astonishingly accomplished dressage horse, performing upper level movements with grace and joy except from July to October. Texas is hot and dry then and the Percheron is a cold weather breed and her skin suffers for it. I am always on the lookout for things to keep her comfortable - regular soothing baths and Eucerin cream have been the best. Today I used this medicated shampoo instead of the Head and Shoulders to see if it was any better. Immediately, the scent was awesome - sort of eucalyptus smell that we both like. It sprays out in an instant foam that goes directly where you want and does not drip. The trigger pull is smooth and frankly, just cleaner to use than standing on my tip toes with an upside down bottle trying to pour shampoo on the back of an 18 hand tall, sweaty horse after a ride. It didnt lather as thickly as I expected, but it did get her clean and rinsed off completely. See the photos for the dirt that came up in the first swirls. I watched her for almost 30 minutes after the bath and she wasnt rubbing or scratching at itchy spots on her flank or withers or cheeks. Clearly the medication ingredient here is doing something soothing. I will absolutely continue to use this and the Eucerin cream as needed.

I really like this shampoo!! It is so easy to use! Spray on, scrub in, and rise! A little goes a long way and it rinses out really easy. The bottle lasts a surprisingly long time. I’ve purchased it several times and will purchase again. Good stuff!!

Fabulous product! Cleared up scruffy, scabby area on horse’s cannon bones. Black scruff had spread to parts of horse’s main, rump. Sprayed this on in a bath, lathered up, scrubbbed it in and saw immediate improvement with scruff eliminated after just 2-3 treatments. Love the fragrance, even got stubborn stains out of my gray horse. Very easy to apply from the foaming sprayer.

First, Vetericyn is a great brand and we make sure to always have their spray at the barn. This spray bottle is a very convenient for washing horses. I havent had to use it yet (thankfully). My daughters horse had some bad reactions to bug bites this past summer, and I wish we had had some of this then. Its probably another product from them that will be a staple at the barn.

This stuff works pretty good but the foam is a rip off and you only get half a bottle that’s good for maybe two baths . Why can these people just make a normal product Not happy
