> 3 dayValue for money. Decent filters but bix was open and precut pre-filters did not fit well. How hard can it be to cut these to the right size?

> 3 dayThe Hepa filters fit nice and snug but the prefilter is folded in the box. One is folded in half and the other 2 are folded in quarters so the prefilter does not sit flat when installed. This may cause air to leak around the sides rather than all go through the prefilter to the Hepa filters.

> 3 dayWe have 4 dogs, 6 cats and a house fully carpeted. We also use pellet stoves for heat in the winter and cooler months. Living in our area we also have wind that stirs up dust on a regular basis. These factors lead us to not breathe as best we could inside our house. We purchased 2 of the filtration units that use these filters. We are amazed at hos much dust, dander, etc these filter take out of the air. Sneezing and cold like symptoms have almost completely ceased. Highly recommend these filters! Who knows, may have also prevented the dreaded Corona Virus.

> 3 dayThey seem to do a very good job cleaning the air, because they end up dirty just like the Honeywell ones. I did have an issue and the customer service people responded positively very quickly.

> 3 dayThese filters fit better than the original Honeywell filters and appear to be just as effective. There is no reason to buy the Honeywell brand because the filters are not made by Honeywell and even the air cleaner machine itself is made by Kaz USA, Inc., a third party. Neither one is made by Honeywell. That is clearly stated in Honeywells user manual for the HPA 300 machine.

> 3 dayBefore my order arrived I received a nice e mail from the seller thanking me and giving me contact information if I had any issues with the product. The filters appear to be high quality and very well packaged. I had struggled with the name brand because of price of course but also in trying to match the correct pre-filter size, I had already cut one too short that I had purchased from another manufacturer. This product seemed to be the solution to both save money and give me the convenience of one purchase to have the correct size pre-filters and number of HEPA filters for my air purifier. Very easy purchase to have the correct size pre-filters and enough to last a year. Both the HEPA and pre-filters fit perfectly and seem to be high quality. I will purchase these VEVA filters again, these are my choice.

> 3 dayThe HEPA filters dont fit as tightly as the name brand filters, so let particles past all around the edges

> 3 dayI have previously bought and used the VEVA replacement air filter pack for HPA300. That was the first time I purchased the product and it worked as expected with no problems. I decided to buy the product again in mid April 21 and the HEPA filters I received was of poor quality. Soon after installing the new filters and powering on the unit the entire room was filled with chemical fumes. I remember reading reviews with users describing odors and off gassing for a few days so it wasnt a complete surprise even though my previous purchase did not have this problem. I moved the air filter unit from my bedroom to another unused room and let it run for 8 hours a day for the next 3 days and the odor did not diminish in strength significantly. I then started the return process and chose to obtain a replacement instead of refund. The first thing I noticed was that the replacement air filters were not properly boxed for shipping and arrived in a thin, gray plastic bag. There was some damage to the box resulting in a small dent in one of the sides of the HEPA filters, but the product could still be used. The source of the replacement is the same warehouse so I immediately assume that it would not be any better since it was likely to have been made in the same batch as what I had just returned. As expected, the replacement set of filters had the same strong chemical odor so I proceeded to try to off gas them for a while in the same unused room. 24-27 days of 4-8 hours of daily use later, and the chemical odor is still present at about ~25% of the original strength. Im just a few days past the return period so Amazon wont let me initiate a return anymore. Thats on me because I should have returned the replacement weeks ago but kept on letting the unit run and off gas hoping that it would improve if I gave it a just a few more days. Im just very disappointed that such a highly rated and reviewed product could fail such a basic check of quality control. The item I bought designed to improve the air quality ended up tainting the air it was suppose to improve so I will not be buying VEVA brand air filters again for my HPA300 in the future.

> 3 dayI usually prefer to buy the replacement parts from the manufacturer but they were sold out on their website and on Amazon. Was split on whether to get these, as many people have said it has a foul odor but also many said it was fine. I had to replace so took a chance. When I installed it, it does have an odor but was gone in a day. Thinking back to the original manufacturer ones, it had an odor for a day as well so this is nothing new. I will be reordering these next year since they are almost half the price of the manufacturer version. Edit: 3 months after I put these in they look dirtier than the original filters after a year of use... unfortunately these are the best reviewed so I have no choice but to buy another set... at this rate it would cost me more than the Honeywell branded ones. Cant wait for Honeywell to have theirs available again as I rather buy it once a year than 3-4 times...
