It has 10 vibration patterns, and while it’s nice to have options, not a make-or-break feature for me as I tend to gravitate towards the constant vibration pattern on all my devices. The head is meant to be worn underneath the instead of pointing upwards like traditional rings. I should also mention that when reading reviews to decide which rings to test, many people commented on a ring’s ability or disability to stretch around the jewels. I don’t personally use rings in this way, but this would be able to do so with its stretchiness.
