this kit is a good value if you would like to buy more than one and or would like to customize the case and cooling of your pie and or getting Poe.

The Raspberry PI 4B is a surprisingly capable computer. This is replacing an original Raspberry PI B which has been online more than 7 years. Supporting 2 simultaneous Openvpn tunnels streaming video from my cable provider uses 6% to 8% processing power.

I love it! Ive already purchased more to run as a cluster!

I got this to replace a 3B+ that was doing just fine except for YouTube and Facebook. Both of those sites are memory hogs, and the 3B+ just couldnt handle more than 1 tab of those at a time. (1 of each was about as iffy as 2 of either one) Text-and-image sites were perfectly fine - countless tabs of those were not a problem at all - only video didnt work so well.

Compared to my older pi this thing is really fast. But Ive also noticed it gets very hot. Im using mine in a case that also acts as a heat sink so its fan-less; and when you touch the case its quite hot. But not so hot that you cant hold it. Ive only been using it as a playground so far just tinkering with linux till I decide what project I want to use it for. Im hoping for a retro-pie version that runs on 4 soon, till then Ill probably just enjoy using it as a web surfing desktop pc.

Came complete as advertised and arrived on time.

The Pi 4 works, but $15 extra for some cheap heatsinks, a USB C adapter, piece of printed cardstock with a web link on it and a bent/non-functional HDMI micro to HDMI adapter cable is unacceptable.

Kit came quickly with everything included that it mentions

This is easy to set up and operate. I installed Kodi and configured it to see my network storage drive. Its an excellent way to access and view all my media files via a wireless connection.
