The Double Edge Cotton Lace Trim, 10 Yard Cotton Crochet Lace Ribbon for Bridal Wedding-Scrapbooking is beautifully woven and looks very high quality and expensive. The cotton it is made of is soft enough to use around the neckline with no scratchiness and would even make comfortable shoulder straps. There is a slight stretchiness to it but that is the nature of the weaving and not the material. I would personally use it on clothing but it would make great decoration on anything. The lace arrived wrapped around a heavy piece of cardboard so it is flat and ready to use. There is no musty or chemical smell either.

This lace it dainty, attractive stuff. It will look fine around my embroidery pieces. Id have preferred white but beggars cant afford to be choosy--and anyhow I expect if push comes to shove a soak in some clorox and water will make it white. I look forward to working with it.
