Item is past return date, cant figure out how to return or exchange online because of that. We used it for the first time and the stitching came apart so the strap cant be used. Item is virtually useless. Very disappointed.

Looks ok but too much like a ladies purse than a briefcase. The flap opens with the weight of a laptop and some documents. Had to return.

The quality of leather and construction on this case is really very nice. Im wondering if the factory in China that makes these doesnt also manufacture ones for some of the more famous brands. It looks great and is highly functional. I cant find any aspect of it which doesnt look to be made with real craftsmanship. Thoroughly enjoying this to carry my laptop and papers for work purposes.

My husband carries quite the load in this bag, it takes a beating and it looks brand new over a month later.

This briefcase is excellent quality. The leather is soft and supple genuine full grain cowhide, the hardware is metal, and the zippers pull smoothly. It has an adjustable, removable crossbody strap, as well as a trolley strap to go over a rolling suitcase. It fits a LOT of stuff while still being a reasonable size for everyday carrying. There is a padded compartment that fits a 15.6 inch laptop, or the main compartment will fit a 17 inch laptop (my husband puts his in a sleeve for extra protection since there is no padded compartment for the larger laptop). I saw some reviewers mention the dye rubbing off, but it must only be an issue with the brown option, as the black briefcase has not given us any problems. Overall, this is a durable, well-made leather bag that I anticipate lasting years. I would definitely not hesitate to order it again.

Overall the build quality is nice, the leather has the warm touch you often get from good quality leather, and the stitching appears well done. My one dislike is the strap being cloth-backed, as this is often used to reduce the leather in the strap. It does have a functional usage as well, as it increases the straps durability, its just a personal preference. Even with this one point, the briefcase is really well made, the strap is solid, and this is an item that I would be comfortable buying for myself, or even a gift for someone else.
