When I first got the monitor back in late September, it seemed like a great value for the quality of the product. The screen wasnt *crisp* but good enough for a second screen during work. Fast forward to now (4 months later), the screen is super staticy and shut off every 10-15 minutes, causing disruptions to my work day. Their customer service is also radio silent on the issue. I will probably not buy another product from them as I already have to replace this one and customer service wont answer me.

With a grain a salt, this review is solely based on my personal experiences. This is my almost 1yr review. These monitors were great -- for about 6 months. Purchased in April 2022. I started to notice a visual err in the display: a noticeable horizontal line. At first, I believed it was a cable gone bad but further reviewing different cable both HDMI and VGA, with and without HDMI or Dp converter, the visual issue remained. I decided to troubleshoot it. 1. Obviously the cables werent an issue regardless of converters used. 2. The monitor settings did not improve or worsen the issue. 3. My personal GPU settings made no difference either. 4. At closer inspection it looked like there was damage to one of the layers of the display. Im no monitor hardware expert or enthusiast so I wasnt sure if it was the polarizer, glass, or filter. I had purchased a pair, so I switched them around making the proboem child my secondary display. Following, shortly afterwards, the second display, now my primary, also showed the same symptoms. From the start of the problem to now, the problem has gotten only worse. If it werent for the faults, this product is pretty good. I did purchase this item when it was at its msrp. But, I see that it is now 99USD as of this reviews posting (3/13/2023).

Monitor is good except where coming on is concerned. This monitor has a difficult time waking up when connected to a dock, and you often have to reconnect it to get the screen to activate. Once its on it stays on fine, no speakers (good imo but worth mention) and pretty lightweight. Cant speak to resolution because its being used through an older dock.

Seriously? I bought this as a gift. 1 it didn’t even turn on. My boyfriend is an IT guy and was not having it. The refund took absolutely forever. Overall I’m not happy.

i AM USING THIS FOR MY HOME OFFICE DURING THE DAY AND STREAMING VIDEO AND SOME LIGHT GAMEING AT NIGHT AND THEY WORK FANTASTIC

I love how my package arrived a day early it was so unexpected. This is why I love Amazon prime. And I have a monitor bigger than this but with the same brand. Its such an amazing brand! Especially with my 2560×1080p curve monitor and its 120 hrz display. I hope there are other type of items I can check out. Viotek is a really good brand. I love it. Due to the amazing features like the 2ms latency and 120 hrz refresh rate. So amazing.

Disingenuous marketing materials both show the display area as up to the edge and also describe this display in the description as ‘bezel free’. These are both untrue in the actual product as you can see in the photographs. I had thought that perhaps other reviewers mentioning the same simply did not adjust it properly, but you can see in the photo that the internal lcd display stops a good 1/4” before it appears it should and therefore there is no possible adjustments to improve this. Pictures of the product show images going all the way to the outer bezel, but they never possibly could in the actual product. Just dishonest really. Other than that though, the screen isn’t bad, it does run at 75hz as advertised and I rather like the stand. Value for money is still there.

Had it for 2 days and I love it. Very simple setup and it’s a very nice second monitor to have while playing games or doing work.

This is an updated review on the VIOTEK NBV24CB 24-Inch Curved Monitor I have had for some months now. I ordered two one of which works great. The other just simply blinks off for unknown reasons. I replaced the HDMI cable and made sure all the connections were tight and it is still blinking occasionally. It stays off for a few seconds then comes back. I also noted that the screen lightly shows the pixel matrix, while the other one does not. Unfortunately, the warranty ran out. Im not saying not to buy this product; Only that you should not delay returning it if it starts blinking out and new cables wont fix it.
