    Greater than one week

I ONLY use Epi Soothe products on my Westie. I mostly use the Shampoo, conditioner, and ResiCORT leave in conditioner and sometimes the Humilac spray. Westies are HIGH maintenance dogs and I recommend Virbac products highly. I bathe her with Epi Soothe shampoo once or twice a week. I put on the Epi Soothe cream rinse too (you can leave this in if you like but I rinse it off her). I towel dry her and then put on pretty thick layer of Resicort especially around her feet and her vulva (her feet and vulva are discolored from her licking). Putting Resicort on these areas has reduced chewing by at least 50% - 70% and her feet are almost completely white like they should be.

This is a SOAP-free product, very important if your dog has psoriasis. As many as by small breed dogs have,,, hard to diagnose all the different skin issues, but finally, I got it right. She does very well with this , along with her Apaquil from the Vet. The creme rinse, improves the duration of the benefits. My dog is a Yorkie mix, whatever,,,, we have also removed all dry dog food,, meat and rice only, with EARTH ANIMAL supplements. Amazing. No biting, no suffering. She had been CHEWING ON HER BACK TILL BLEEDING, I had to bandage her till the priducts came, and do cool compress. Holy Cow. I’m exhausted but she is finally herself again. Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME AND $$ on things that say they are the absolute answer. It’s not an overnight cure. Cook for your beloved pet. They are worth it.

Burns eyes when your dog shakes in the bath. She seemed irritated by the conditioner and shampoo. I no longer use this on her.

I tried this cream rinse due to recommendation from a friend. I have a dog with extremely bad allergies to nearly everything. I have to give him medicated baths every three days to minimize his outbreaks but the problem is the baths are extremely drying to his skin. His skin is like alligator skin from being so dry. Ive tried multiple things at the vets and my aunt works for a rescue group and had success with this rinse. Sadly it did not work for my guy. Made him itch like crazy to the point of bleeding. I know the product works great for many dogs in her rescue group. Just didnt work for mine but he is just so extremely allergic to so many things.

The conditioner smells AMAZiNG, but unfortunately has given my Shepard mix (with very sensitive skin) a worse rash than what we started with. His tummy and groin area was so red and irritated after washing that I had to wash him again with baby soap in hopes to tame the itch. Sad, because the smell was fantastic.

Epi-Soothe oatmeal shampoo is a soothing shampoo aimed to reduce mild itch in dogs and cats of any age.
