Solar Security camera was a fantastic purchase. All the features that were advertised like night vision, high quality camera, solar powered, ease of installation and funtionality were 100% accurate. Downloading the app for my smart phone was a simple process and works perfectly. There is no way you can go wrong if you want a professional security camera that gives all these functions at your fingertips. I completely give this a five start rating and high recommended this to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and order one or more, you will be highly pleased.

I ordered this camera to cover the side of my yard. The camera angle looks to exceed the 120 degrees it states as it covers my entire side yard. The picture is crystal clear during the day and equally as good with the night vision. It picks up movement almost 50 feet way which is significantly more than the range stated in the manual. The sensitivity of the motion detection can be adjusted from high to low. At the highest setting it picks up the slightest movement such as birds flying and even leaves falling from trees. The audible notification works perfectly. I was able to link this camera to the same app I use for my front yard camera so I can view both cameras at once. When received, I charged it fully with the USB port prior to putting it outside. The solar power works perfectly and we have had up to 3 days of cloudy/rainy weather and the camera held a charge of about 75% after 3 days of no sun. Cant ask for better battery performance. Its a great buy and a great camera.

Great camera! I put this where my pool is to watch my dogs and the pool to make sure the water level is at the right level. I was able to use a drill and the screws to mount it into the wooden fence I have. Able to detect pets, cars, a person, and packages. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 cameras one is perfect and the second one the battery is defective.

The dark photo is a live view (cropped) at night of course to show how it looks to me now. The lighter photo is a recording from a previous day (cropped and zoomed a little bit). The night time pictures are great. We havent have anyone sneaking around to try and catch a person, but its caught us every time we are basically outside. My husbands work truck is parked to the right in the image and it catches him at 4:45 every morning getting into his truck (around 50 feet or so from the location of the camera). The day time videos (pay no attention to how grainy that still frame photo looks) are perfect as well. Ive included this image because that road where the dark truck is, is roughly 200-250 feet from the camera location set to Medium sensitivity and it picks up someone on that road every time they drive by. We like the audio version, sometimes I will put on the live feed just so I can listen to the birds chirping outside. I also like being able to use the microphone and say Are you ever coming inside so we can have lunch? when my husband has been tinkering for too long. I can take a picture on the live feed when I want (like the dark picture) and I can download videos that I may need to keep. I am so impressed with the camera that I bought my dad one for Fathers Day but he couldnt wait and had to have it early. So Ive already set it up for him at his home on his front porch and he can see the front half of his 5 acres on the live feed and get notified when someone pulls to stop in their driveway parking area about 200 feet from the camera. He was so impressed that he went and already bought himself another camera that I hooked up this week that looks at his garage (more like the Boat Mansion) and his back half of the acreage. So yeah, its a 5 star camera... on a 1 star budget!

I have had it for about a month and a half. Battery life is excellent.. it doesnt miss a thing.

Great product

I purchased 4 of the Solar Security Cameras for my home. They were easy to set up, link to my home wifi, and then get them loaded into the app on my phone. I’ve enjoyed getting the alerts especially at night. And, when I know that we will be outside creating a lot of activity in the zones, I put the cameras in “sleep mode” so it doesn’t annoy me with a lot of alerts. My one concern is that one of the cameras doesn’t seem to hold a charge like the others ones do. I’m going to change the placement of the solar panel and see if that helps. If it doesn’t, then I plan to take advantage of the two year warranty on these Solar Security Cameras. I would highly recommend their use.
