Some of the balls have little plastic ridges on them so they wont fit. I tried to return them and they are not returnable. I have purchased many things from Vivaplex but no more. I even purchased a $4 tool to see if that would help. Some of the roller balls go on and some of them dont.

> 24 hourI really like the clear bottles because I add a few dried rose petals to the mixtures. It makes a really nice presentation. The glass is sturdy, the rollerballs are metal and also sturdy. Caps always fit well. My go-to bottles, for sure.

How to Use:
Snap in the roller-ball by gently placing the roller-ball in the bottle and then firmly tighten the cap until the roller-ball snaps in. Use the roll-on bottle to apply the perfect amount of product each time. Remove the roller-ball by applying pressure with the cap.
