I have used this new umbrella three times before......when I went to put it down this fourth time, it busted!! The piece to pull it shut just came right off!! There should be a way to reach out about this defective product but I dont see one.

I am impressed by this umbrella. It opens to a big size and it waterproof. I also love the design and color. Awesome product.

Umbrella is very pretty. It i double lined and Im sure will hold up to the rain well. The problem is when you try to fold it back up. I have tried several ways and it bunches up so that the velcro hardly overlaps. It will never fit back in the sleeve.

I used this umbrella one time. Opened it today and I will not close Disappointing!

My wife was looking for a sturdy umbrella but a compact one. This was a perfect order for her. She liked it very much. The color and design is elegant. She could use it the next day when she went for work. It’s automatic for both folding and unfolding. The cloth quality feels premium and has nice glaze. I want to order another one for myself.

I always wanted an automatic open/close umbrella. This one is large enough for me, and very cute design. It’s bulky but I like its inverted design. Only problem is, it doesn’t open all the way when I push the button. But that’s is something I can deal with.

It was windy the day I set out across the urban rainforest. Very sturdy and kept my backpack dry behind me. Nice and wide. Not a great two person but can do in a pinch.
