Got these smart plugs and use them seamlessly with my Alexa app to control the lights when I am away. The setup is easy through the Vont App. The app is easy to use and set up routines or you can set up the routine through Alexa The rectangular plug allows you to use both outlets unlike the round smart plugs from other companies.

So far I’ve only used it for turning lights on and off upon entering and leaving a room. Looking forward to using it to control holiday lights.

First Ive tried for 2 days to get it set up. Thinking all I had to do was plug it and install the app. In Bluetooth i keep getting an error either app is needed to be used on device which i have installed it. Than i go to the app and it says device has been bound by others. I dont have no idea what that means. Well I decided to dig further in the little box and under the plugs i find 2 cards. And what do I find on one of the cards a FLIPPIN BUGGER!!! WHO DOES CRAP LIKE THIS? I mean I have many choice words I really want to use right now. Not being able to connect it and finding this I really wanna send it back. My kids dont even do crap like this. And no none of my kids got to the package b4 me. I opened the package it came with other stuff so it was boxed and inside another box. Im lost for words like really.

PSA there’s only one plug in a ‘pack’, it’s a bit misleading. But very hnady and app is great

I had to watch some YouTube videos on how to use them then figure it out on my own. Had they come with directions at all I probably would give 5 stars. It was very difficult to learn . You have to set them under what is called ‘rules’ as well. I hope this helps someone. Once I figured it out I LOVE them.

I bought these plugs for my grow lights so I can keep my indoor plants on a light schedule. Integrating the plugs to Alexa was pretty straightforward but what I noticed was that the lights would turn on and off 50% of the time when the plugs were put on a schedule. I end up checking my phone every day to make sure that the lights are actually on or off. I bought the plugs to make my life more convenient but it seems to be doing the opposite.

Vont support is one of the best Ive dealt with, they are very responsive and want their customers to be happy. While my particular issue was not fully resolved, I have a solution that is workable. I wish all customer service was like Vonts.

Christmas is here and it worked perfect for my tree... You can schedule it makes it perfect. Or control it from your phone .

Had a problem on installation. The app saw my 5 GHz home WiFi network and I tried to use it but it wouldnt connect you must use the 2.4 GHz network. Once I switched it worked fine.

These are pretty simple to set up and similar to most other smart plugs but I prefer the Amazon smart plugs the most. These sometimes lose connection and need to be reset and relinked to the app but otherwise work as expected.
