Greater than one weekNice Fanny pack, can also be worn across the body. They provide an extension belt in case it won’t fit around your waist. I purchased this item for bicycling around the city. It can hold a spare inner tube and new larger cellphones no problem. It’s light weight and the material is that of a windbreaker jacket so it should be ok if it gets wet.
