I have a Phomemo thermal printer for bar codes but wanted a larger one for shipping and product labels. The instal is NOT easy and I am not tech savvy so I can’t troubleshoot things on my own and they have next to nothing for troubleshooting help. Managed to get connected to my phone and print a couple test product labels and then to my laptop and print a shipping label. Now trying to go back to my phone to do the product labels again. Nope. Won’t print. Says it did, but it most definitely did not. No idea why, cannot find help as to why and the app is completely useless. A lot is in Chinese, many of the fields are not self explanatory, tried to create an account and it won’t recognize my phone number. The Phomemo app is way more user friendly but of course doesn’t work with this one. Will try to find a solution but I think this one is going back and will bite the bullet on paying considerably more for a product that is more user friendly.

This is a cheap way to get started with printing labels at home. Easy to setup and use.

people who managed to get this printer to install and work with no issues, not sure why the label printer tool didnt command my computer to add the info as a new printer upon install but that would have saved me so much time.

It took me an hour to do my first print using Android phone. The app is very poorly translated with most notifications in Chinese. No other app works. Label is off centred and some text is cut off. Ill try on pc later, but I think this is going to make its way back where it came from.

Absolutely awful product. Cheap, plastic, falling apart already and printing is wonky every time. I tried to refund it, because it is unusable!
