I purchased before reading the reviews. I do not usually do this. I was a little worried because several reviews had mentioned the straps breaking or the zippers breaking. I have had this bag for a little while now and I use it daily as a work bag. I carry my laptop, charger, mouse, notebook, paperwork, and many other “purse items “ and it has held up perfectly! I get many compliments on my bag as well. I would definitely purchase again and k have recommended friends to purchase.

Overall it’s a good backpack but soon after I got it the zipper started to break name seams inside the bag started to come undone.

Im usually a pretty harsh critic and rarely give 5 stars, but I purchased this backpack for traveling out-of-state with my laptop and love it! Love the double zippers that close from each size because it makes them much easier to zip/unzip. It has reinforced wires around top opening so that it doesnt flop and fall down when standing up and it isnt full. It also protects the edges of the laptop (brilliant). Moisture-resistant outer shell repels water, dirt, etc. Just the right amount of pockets inside and out, but the side water bottle type pockets have snaps, so Im hesitant to use them for my cell phone because of potentially scratching the glass face. Colorful print makes it fun, and easy to spot. Had several compliments from coworkers when they saw it! Would like to see another divider on the interior (not that thick) for 8 1/2 x 11 paperwork. Dont know about the durability, but it seems to be pretty well-made. Havent use the usb cable/charging port yet. Meets my expectations and am happy with my purchase!!!

Okay so I bought this for my senior year of college, but it ended up coming in time for me to try out on a 3 week trip. I havent tried the power bank feature but I can speak of the capacity. As promised, the laptop slides in and out of the sleeve easily, but it secured when wearing. I have found that you can also fit a notebook or two depending on size, plus file folders in the two pockets in the back. The main compartment was so useful for my flights, since it could fit an extra set of clothes, sandals, an extra rolled up purse for later, plus a novel and a ball of yarn I was using to make a scarf. BUT MY FAVORITE FEATURE is that there are not just two exterior cup holders, in mine there are two interior as well!! 4 cup holders!!! To test them, I put my 30oz yeti tumbler in all. The exterior ones are sturdier, and almost completely swallow the yeti. If you have smaller but *leakproof* travel containers, they would be fine on the interior. At one time I had two standard disposable water bottles on the inside, plus my yeti and my sisters hot tea mug on the outside. There was no leakage since everything stayed so upright. One of the trips we took we ended up getting rained on, and while the main compartment stayed mostly dry, the front compartment did get wet. I thankfully had a waterproof wallet with me so my belongings were fine. With this much capacity, it is easy to forget about weight. When I was carrying that much liquid, it did get heavy on my back. The laptop is also right against your back so if the backpack is stuffed it can be pressed against your back. However, the shoulder straps are wide and feel padded on the inside. My shoulders never hurt with this backpack! Sorry for the long review, but I have really enjoyed this backpack so far and college hasnt even started yet! I will see how it does for the year in terms of durability, but so far it looks and acts as good as new.

This bag is fabulous! Purchased on a [risky] whim because I needed a new bag to carry for international travel. I had this thing packed to the gills, honey! In the computer pocket section I stuffed my work laptop (I have a small 15 incher - wouldnt fit much more than that widthwise), but behind the computer, I was easily able to shove my big manual calendar and a few other documents plus mousepad. I also carry tons of gadgets and chargers and ports and earbuds and cords and adapters, etc. All fit conveninently in the inside pockets. Add to my work laptop the fact that i was traveling for leisure...With my family including two kids. This sucker can fit WAY more than it appears. I had tons of snacks, books, etc. shoved in there. The hinge closure with zipper is absolutely fantastic. The front pocket kept all of my passports, covid vaccine cards, wallet, plus sundry items. Now, our vacation was also located at the beach. The resort promised us a beach bag. They broke their promise. Dump everything computery out of this bag and proceed to put all beachy things in. Towels, lotions, tinctures, beach toys, hats, sunglasses. Water, sand, drinks, lotion were all spilled on this thing. Everything was easily waterproof, wipeable, shakeable. I am totally knocked out with the quality, roominess, durability, and comfort. Buy it!
