Very Disappointed
> 3 dayI was able to use this once before it failed. My initial impression was that it was great. Opens and closes nicely. Compact enough to carry in my backpack, but large enough to keep me dry on rainy days. I like the inverted design and the vents to help mitigate wind damage. Unfortunately, the second time I used it I realized the small amount of thread holding one of the brackets in place had failed. This left me walking across campus in the rain with no umbrella. Its held together with what seems to be metal bands in other spots, so unsure why they didnt do this on the tips where failure would create the biggest issue. I could repair this with a bit of thread, but I shouldnt have to on a new product.

Greater than one week@updated I contacted the customer center and they were able to provide the replacement based on terms the process were smooth and the person who helped me was very helpful ——- I bought this umbrella 4 months ago and have used it 3-4times and it already broken. I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for sturdy product
